This is the philosophy of our pre-schools and nurseries, into which we put everything we do.

In the Dostoevsky’s Children Center we provide the quality pre-school education of children aged 2-6 also with deferred schooling attendance. We retain the character of a more personal, family environment.

We meet all the requirements of a full-fledged pre-school facility with the bonus of an individual approach and uninterrupted care.

We have prepared a pleasant and safe environment for children, equipped with toys and educational aids so that children feel at home and at the same time help develop their skills.

Throughout the day a qualified staff cares for the children… teachers maintaining children’s individuality through their own approach.

We work according to the ISCED 0 State Educational Program with the children, which aims to develop the all-round personality of the child, with a focus on emotional, intellectual and motor aspects and thus enable the most natural and most peaceful transfer from pre-school to school.

Although it is important for us to make your child ready for school, it is still our priority to preserve their childhood, allowing them to play spontaneously and thus learn and discover new things.

A day at our pre-school

(07.00 – 12.00 alebo 07.00 – 18.00)

07:00 – 09:00  the arrival of children, free play, welcome, morning warm-up, morning hygiene
09:00 – 09:30  drinks, snack, preparing for activity
09:30 – 11:00  drinks, outdoors, free play of children
11:00 – 12:00  drinks, preparation for lunch, dinner
12:00 – 14:30  hygiene, preparing for sleep, sleep
14.30 – 15.00 hygiena, pitný režim, ovocie a zelenina, príprava na aktivitu
15:00 – 16:00  time allotted for activities
16:00 – 16:30 drinks, snack
16:30 – 18:00  outdoors, if necessary inside depending on weather, free play

Foreign language training

At our nursery school we emphasize training in Russian and English. Since young children have a natural ability to learn languages, the aim of the teaching is to master a foreign language in a natural way, the way we mastered our own mother tongue. Play is understood as a spontaneous tool to achieve this goal – to teach the child a foreign language and develop a more positive relationship to it.
